William Kelley: Disgorged in the first half of 2019 and based onthe 2015 vintage, the latest release of Bollinger's NV Brut Ros? isshowing very well, wafting from the glass with aromas of red apple,plum, yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, dried orange, ginger andhoneycomb. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, broad andvinous, with a fleshy profile that's enlivened by delicatephenolics. Fresh, precise and integrated, this is showing very well.
