We accept orders from as few as 10 bottles for custom-labelled gifts. Volume pricing kicks in at 20+ bottles. For large-scale gifting (100+), we offer dedicated account management and significant discounts.
How far in advance should I book an event?
We recommend at least 2–3 weeks for standard events. For large galas or events requiring rare wines, 4–6 weeks is ideal. Rush orders may be possible — just ask.
Can you match wines to our brand colours or theme?
Absolutely. We can select wines by label design, region, colour theme, or even flavour profile that complements your brand identity. Our design team handles custom labels and packaging to match.
Do you provide delivery and setup?
Yes. We deliver across Hong Kong. For events, we provide full setup including glassware, decanting, and professional service staff. Temperature-controlled transport ensures wines arrive in perfect condition.
Can we sample wines before committing to a large order?
Of course. We offer complimentary tasting sessions for orders over HK$10,000. For smaller orders, we can arrange a guided tasting at a nominal fee, deductible from your final order.
Do you offer invoicing and corporate payment terms?
Yes. We support purchase orders, bank transfers, and can offer NET 30 payment terms for established corporate accounts. Invoices include full itemisation for expense reporting.
