Allen Meadows: This is very Gevrey in character with its distinctly
earthy nose of cool, pure and airy dark berry fruit scents that
also evidences notes of humus and underbrush. The well-delineated
and equally pure medium-bodied flavors possess ripe tannins and
fine intensity on the mineral-inflected and well-balanced finish.
This understated effort is essentially a villages of finesse.
