Description
Allen Meadows: Even though this is quite strongly reduced the
underlying fruit seems cooler and less evidently ripe compared to
the nose of the Caillerets. The clean, intense and highly energetic
middle weight flavors exude a fine minerality on the
saline-inflected finish that offers good length but much less
overall depth.
