Description
Allen Meadows: Soft wood toast highlights an elegant, pure and ultrarefined nose of primarily white flowers and subtle spice andmineral hints that are also reflected by the round, rich andunusually generous flavors, at least in the context of a youngChevalier, that are perhaps a bit less precise than usual but morepowerful as well, all wrapped in an intensely sappy and palatestaining finish. If it weren't for the intense minerality, thiswould frankly be more in the character of a fine B漮ard than a cutfrom the cloth Chevalier. Either way, it should reward 5 to 7 yearsof cellar time.
