Description
Allen Meadows: A brooding and largely inexpressive nose speaks of
pungently earthy cool dark berry fruit aromas where additional
breadth is present in the form of humus, underbrush and floral
notes. There is excellent punch and plenty of power evident on the
muscular and broad-shouldered flavors that exhibit fine depth and
length as well as a touch of backend wood on the overtly austere
finish. Note that like the Mazis, this too will require plenty of
cellar time.
