Description

Allen Meadows: A gorgeously complex nose joins a broad range of
spice elements with red and black pinot fruit, floral, earth and
hoisin nuances. The textured, focused and detailed middle weight
flavors display plenty of minerality on the mouth coating, balanced
and highly persistent finale. This wonderfully harmonious effort is
quite backward and structured because even though the tannins are
very fine, they are dense. A classic Cros that is clearly built to
age and one that will clearly require plenty of bottle age.
