Allen Meadows: Moderately generous wood frames the distinctlyearthy and sauvage-inflected aromas of spicy dark berry fruit. Themiddle weight flavors possess a very supple and rounded mid-palatemouthfeel before culminating in a delicious finish where the woodfound on the nose resurfaces. This appears to have enough densityto eventually eat the wood treatment but it may require a few yearsto do so.
