Allen Meadows: A relatively elegant and quite floral nose displaysplenty of earth and game nuances on the softly spicy aromas ofmostly red currant and pomegranate. There is excellent volume andample power to the muscular flavors that possess both goodconcentration and delineation before concluding in a wonderfullyintense, saline and well-balanced finish that delivers outstandinglength. This is a bigger and firmer wine than the Ech and will needat least a decade to be approachable and 15 to 18 years to reachits full apogee.
