Description
Robert Parker: A dark plum/garnet color is followed by a perfume of
black fruits, smoke, herbs, Chinese black tea, and vanilla.
Medium-bodied with moderate tannin, the 1989 is less evolved than
its younger sibling, the 1990. The finish reveals dry, astringent
tannin.
