I really likethe purity of expression here on the sappy and mineral-infusedfinish that has a dusty quality from all of the dry extract thatcoats the firm tannins. This is a big '07 built on a base of firmminerality but it remains impeccably well balanced and should livefor decades so patience is definitely a virtue if you are apotential buyer.
