The wine's dense, medium tofull-bodied flavors are surprisingly evolved, with soft tannins, anample, generous mouthfeel, and an endearing texture. Undoubtedly oneof the longest lived wines of the vintage, the 2007 Latour shouldlast for two decades or more.
