Description
Allen Meadows: A cool, pure and still largely if not completely
primary nose features layered and refined aromas of cool red berry
fruit, earth, rise petal and subtle spice notes. There is good
verve to the intensely mineral suffused medium bodied flavors that
are beautifully detailed, intense and focused while offering
excellent persistence on the chiseled finale. This is still on the
way up though it's not so far away from its apogee that if you
allowed it 30 minutes or so in a decanter that it couldn't be
approached now with pleasure.
