Description
Allen Meadows: Discreet notes of wood and petrol add breadth to thecool and pure aromas of citrus, acacia blossom, wet stone and greenapple. There is excellent volume and cut to the tension-filledlarge-scaled flavors that brim with minerality before concluding ina palate staining, powerful and beautifully persistent finish. Thisis actually quite rich for a young Chevalier and while it shouldcertainly reward up to a decade of cellaring I suspect that in muchthe same fashion as the Corton-Charlemagne that it should drinkwell after only a few years.
