Allen Meadows: A spicy and very fresh nose is composed primarily ofwhite orchard fruit and background citrus nuances. The round, richand succulently textured flavors exude a subtle minerality on theclean and dry finish. While this should repay a few years ofcellaring there is so much fat that it will drink well young too.
