Robert Parker: A zesty, herb-tinged, mineral-styled effort, thelight straw-colored 1999 exhibits closed flavors, good acidity, butlittle depth and follow through on the palate. Bottled Domaine deChevaliers are tricky to taste, but the 1999 does not appear tohave enough depth or intensity, particularly when compared to the2001 and 2000. Anticipated maturity: 2005-2015.
