Allen Meadows: Here the nose is extremely high-toned with a mix ofred raspberry and a hint of cranberry balanced off by subtle earthand spice notes that introduce rich, full and relatively generousmiddle weight flavors that possess better mid-palate density aswell as slightly better persistence on the firm and deliciousfinish. This is really quite fine for Charmes, indeed unusually so.
