Wine Advocate:The 2019 S幦illon needs a little coaxing to reveal notes of lemoncurd, paraffin wax, Golden Delicious apples and fresh pears with awaft of hay. Medium-bodied, the palate is wonderfully pure withlots of mineral-laced, restrained apple and pear flavors and arefreshing lift on the finish.
