Antonio Galloni: The NV Brut Cuvee Traditionelle shows fabulous
intensity and sheer class. Citrus, flowers and crushed rock are
some of the nuances that emerge from this beautifully delineated
Champagne. A gorgeous, ethereal finish rounds things out in style.
The blend is 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, 52% 2008 juice plus
reserves spanning 2007 (20%), 2005 (8%), 2004 (12%), and 2000 (8%),
with partial malolactic fermentation. Dosage is 8.5 grams per
liter. Disgorged July 10, 2011.
