Description
Allen Meadows: Here the nose is similar to the Clavoillons with its
discreetly wooded nose that is more elegant and a bit fresher with
its more obvious mineral-inflected lemon peel, menthol and spiced
pear aromas. There is good richness but also fine detail to the
rich, full and delicious middle weight flavors that possess a bit
more verve on the mouth coating and balanced finish. This is pretty
and complex if not quite as elegant as a classic example.
