Description
Allen Meadows: This is also less obviously wood with notably riper
aromas of liqueur-like red and black cherry, spice, earth and a
hint of underbrush. There is fine concentration to the utterly
delicious and seductively textured medium weight flavors that
possess a relatively refined mouth feel as the tannins are quite
fine. While the wood comes up on the finish, the overall impression
is one of balance and harmony and this will probably reach its
apogee slightly sooner.
