Description
Allen Meadows: There is enough reduction present to push the fruit
to the background so I would suggest decanting it. By contrast
there is good vibrancy to the cool and admirably pure middle weight
flavors that display a subtle touch of minerality on the clean, dry
and mildly austere finish. This is very Chablis in character and
should drink well young.
