Description
Allen Meadows: This is notably riper than the Perrieres with a deft
touch of wood setting off notes of dried apricot, peach, acacia
blossom and a hint of mango. There is excellent concentration to
the suave and very round flavors that exude a fine minerality on
the lemony finish that displays just a hint of warmth. Note that
there is a lot of gas present so be sure to decant this if you are
going to try a bottle now.
