Description
Allen Meadows: While the wood is not as dialed up as it is on the
straight Pouilly-Fuisse it is still not subtle on the cool and
otherwise pure nose of slightly more elegant citrus and
floral-suffused nose. The more obviously mineral-driven
medium-bodied flavors possess solid mid-palate concentration that
delivers fine depth and length on the delicious finale where the
wood reappears. I would suggest allowing this at least 2 years of
bottle age first.
