the otherwise slightly riper and more sauvage infused aromas of
plum and freshly turned earth. There is good power, volume and
punch to the robust and admirably concentrated medium-bodied
flavors that display a subtle minerality on the overtly rustic and
youthfully austere finish. This is virtually always a top performer
chez Serafin and the 2014 continues that streak.
